I have a non-immigrant B visa. My husband arrived in March on an initial 90 day non-immigrant O visa (staying with family who are living in Thailand). When he goes in to get the one year stamp, do I need to accompany him? He'll have copies of all of the relevant documents, and I'll sign copies of things like my passport and work permit. I just need to know if I need to physically accompany him to the immigration office.
