I am wondering.

If you sell second hands parts. 

Do you need a work permit for it ?

For example you have a motorbike and you modify the turn signal. And than you sell the orginal ones.

I know they will hunt you down or make a big deal about it. But just wondering about the law.😁

Why would it be illegal? You could sell the whole bike or parts, makes no difference. Selling an item is neither "work" nor a "business". Do you really think Thai authorities are chasing after people on Facebook marketplace?

And what if you buy 50 bikes and you sell parts daily. It's even enough money to live from it in Thailand. Where is the limit? As I said before I don't think they Hunt you down I just wondering about the thai law.

I know but I wondering about the thai law. And when it's an business? Some people have alot bikes and modify it also. So they sell the original parts.

Haha no I just had an discussion with my Thai friend and we both did wondering about this. ( we had different opinions)

I have only 1 bike so not many parts to sell lol.
