I am going to do my 30 day extension tomorrow as its day 60, i have all the information that it says i need but there is no mention of a TM30 form and i dont have one. I'm seeing people mention this form! Do i need it as it doesn't say i do online!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form, which is a notification of your stay in Thailand, is required for a 30-day visa extension. This form should be registered by your accommodation provider (hotel or landlord) with the Thai Immigration Department. If you are in a hotel, check with them for a printout confirming registration. If you are staying in private accommodation and your landlord hasn't registered the TM30, it could cause issues during your extension application, potentially resulting in fines or the need for additional documentation. Always better to tackle visa extensions early and ensure all paperwork, including the TM30, is ready.
