Do I Need a Cancellation Receipt for My Previous Work Permit When Applying for a Non B Visa in Ho Chi Minh?

I'll be going to Ho Chi Minh to get a Non B visa. I have a copy of my previous work permit from the year before, but no cancellation receipt. Will I need to get that receipt? 

Does anyone have experience at that particular consulate regarding this?

Ok, pedantics. You need to cancel the extension of stay linked to the visa.

There is a difference, a Visa can not be cancelled, an Extension of Stay MUST be cancelled. Calling all a visa makes things very complicated when you give advice, there are BIG differences between a visa and Extension of Stay, not only the looks of it

You only need your current documents. Previous WP documents aren't required.

There are 3 types of Non B visa's available, which one do you prefer? If it is for working you need a valid Work Permit of the WP3 application for Work Permit approved.
