Following being issued my 1 year marriage visa yesterday, I assume the 400k is now able to be used?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After being issued a 1-year marriage visa, you can indeed use the 400,000 baht for the financial requirements, as confirmed by several community members who noted that there are no issues with accessing those funds once the marriage extension has been granted. It's advised to ensure the funds are in place at least 2 months before any renewal of the extension.

for a yearly extension based on marriage to a thai using banked money method you show 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only for 2 months before you apply for the yearly extension. <- and you do that every year for a new extension each year.
Once the yearly extension issued you are free to use the funds as you see fit as long as it's back in the account 2 months before you apply for the extension the next year
Thank You for the explanation, I am currently here on a 90 day âmarriage visaâ and thought that you had to keep a minimum of 400k in your account. Thanks again
