TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can reapply for a DTV visa at another embassy after a rejection, as long as you are in the country where you are applying. There appears to be no time limit on reapplying, and you will need to prepare the necessary documents and pay the visa fees again. Some users have shared experiences where misunderstanding of documentation led to a rejection, but they were able to get the visa subsequently by applying elsewhere.
I was denied at Los Angeles embassy (I was in Washington state some of my documents had old address in Texas, they denied said I should have used Washington DC embassy was just a misunderstanding. I went to Thailand visa exempt then went to Cambodia and got approved.
how did you get approved in Cambodia? Dont you have to be a resident of the country you're applying from? That's generally the rules for visas as I understand it
Ok, got it. So just to be clear. You went to Cambodia and applied online and selected Cambodia as the embassy you were applying to. How long did it take? I mean it could take up to 3 weeks for them to issue it. I've seen some saying it took 1-2 days, but you basically need to wait it out there lol
