TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the possibility of extending their visa in Phuket without their one-year-old son, who is currently with his Thai grandparents in Pakchong. They mention having their son's Estonian passport. Commenters suggest that the user may apply for an extension based on their child but also highlight the need to check the specific requirements at Phuket Thai Immigration.

Do you have a Phuket TM30 address on file for you in Phuket?
If you do...
YOU can apply for a COVID extension at Phuket Thai Immigration for yourself.
Show them your airline departure ticket for both of you if asked.
Ask them if they can grant the child an extension...although its not needed as a child.
They may say not needed as a child.
You state the child is now with his Thai grandparents. Are you the father of the child born with a Thai mother? And therefor is eligible for Thai passport and Thai ID card ???
Receiving a Thai Pass is a requirement to enter Thailand. A person can not get any extension of stays before they enter Thailand, since they are granted at the local immigration office.
I read James Miller's comment below, it's (BASICALLY) correct, but I think there might be some problems with it. But since you don't want to answer my basic question, I'm not going to help you further. Good luck.
