Hello, I have a multiple entry tourist visa that I extended by 30 days already at immigration. I heard it's possible to extend this another 7 days, is this true? Thank you!! ๐๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of extending their multiple entry tourist visa for an additional 7 days after already obtaining a 30-day extension. Comments indicated that while a formal extension may be rejected, this can lead to a 7-day grace period for departure from Thailand.
kind of... technically you can apply for another 30 day extension which will be rejected and then you are given 7 days time to leave Thailand, so practically it's indeed a 7 day extension

Alexander, if you need a travelagend who fix everything, you better follow the rules and avoid paying extra's.
Ron *******
You cannot do that on a valid ME visa. You simply need to leave.

this might actually only be possible at the immigration headquarters in Bangkok
, One possible option is that you go to Surat Thani and take the train to the south border or KL. You can fly back or take bus/train..

That would be referring to a single entry tourist visa that would expire the first time you entered with it. The OP has a ME visa which is good until June.
i don't think they will even give you 7 day's because your visa is still valid. Air Asia has cheap flights to kl last time i went was just over 2000 from dong Muang.
.. No boarder bounce because the busses are all full for tomorrow and I need to leave by Tuesday and there are none Tuesday too.. extending is expensive but cheaper than flying
