Hi Guys I have a non O based on marriage, multiple entry.
I need to go out of Thailand in August I usually go to Laos and make a short vacation .
But in August my wife is busy at work and I need to do my trip in one day.
I am thinking of Myanmar ( Burma).
Can I do this in one day ?
Where do you suggest ?
Thanks in anticipation.

Iโm sorry to ask but why did he have to do boarder run? I though the visa is valid for one year and we have to report at the immigration every three months?
oh wow thank you very much sir for your clarification. I really appreciated ๐

The difference: Some people call the Non Immigrant O visa based on marriage which you get from Thai Embassy of Consulate and only allows you to stay 90 days inside Thailand a marriage visa and others who went to Immigration Office applied for the 1 year Extension of Stay based on married to a Thai National and with this Extension of Stay you have to report every 90 days at Immigration, a marriage visa. Two different things, but with different terms en conditions. Using the correct name is important to get the correct advice.
was it the same as the support Thai wife visa? I am confused.

He is on 12 months visa based on marriage so has to leave Thailand every 3 months.

I'll take your profile at face value and surmise that you're going to border bounce from Bangkok.
The closest and easiest border you can bounce at is the Phu Nam Ron - Htee Kee border with Myanmar in Kanchanaburi. It's 950 baht to get ferried across no mans land, get stamped in and out of burma and back

I just need to restart the 90 day.
No my wife doesn't come , we have a son who is only 7 and she or I take care of him, taking him to school etc.
That is what I do normally.
So I need to get back for him.
I guess some people call this a border bounce ?
