TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can create YouTube videos in Thailand while holding a DTV visa. The Bangkok Immigration Office recognizes Youtubers as part of the nomad working category, which implies that many individuals are actively doing so. However, it is important to adhere to Thai laws and regulations regarding content, such as prohibitions against adult content.
Since your income will be from a company outside of Thailand, the content of your channel will not be of interest to them. This is purely my personal opinion.

Only with you tube visa 😝 nobody cares what videos you makes till you respect Thailand and follow the Thai rules about the videos. Egs no porn etc
On the Bangkok Immigration Office extension requirements issued they specifically state Youtubers as one of the nomad working categories so I would have to assume so. There must be 1000's doing it with or without a DTV :-)
On the document I mentioned it did not differentiate. I was particularly clear about the Bangkok Immigration direction regarding extensions. Maybe you should show the same courtesy to the group and cite your sources?
