Hi, I would need a help if anyone can answer. I apply tourist visa (one entry/60 days) then I extend that + 30 days. Now I will go out from country (first 90 days full) to Vietnam and then coming back. Do I eather apply online this same visa that I did before but from Vietnam office (not my orginal county where I left in the beginning first time and did online application there) or I need to buy a some kind of ticket out from country after 60 days? My orginal returning flight is in 90 days.

Assuming that you don't qualify for visa exemption (because you are getting a tourist visa also before the first trip), you are correct: apply for a new tourist visa from Vietnam.

Depends on your passport nation. If you’re not entitled to a 60 days visa exemption, you’ll need to apply for a new 60 days e-visa through the embassy/consulate in Vietnam. Formally you’ll need a ticket out of Thailand after the initial 60 days even though you plan to apply for a local extension. If you apply for a tourist visa, the embassy might require it for the prosess or if you enter on visa exemption your airline might require it during check in.

Then you don’t need to apply for any visa, you can just enter on a 60 days visa exemption. Formally you’ll need a ticket out of Thailand within 60 days. Rarely checked at the immigration, but I know some airlines in Vietnam has been quite strict regarding this as it’s their responsibility to check if the passengers fulfils formal requirements. I know people only have purchased a cheap bus ticket out, but some airlines might require a flight ticket. If you go to a website it should be quite easy to purchase a cheap flight ticket as an example to Phnom Penh. It would be cheaper than to apply for a tourist visa anyway and you’ll be fine with all formal requirements.

Thank you so much for explaining this to me. Now I get it so it is eather way. Since we are 2 it seems like flight tickets are not that more cheap to go but I will keep looking. Maybe I find something. 🙏

You can as an example get a ticket from Don Muang - KL at 35 USD. A tourist visa is normally 35-40 USD and it’s formally not excused from onward ticket requirements.

You can alternatively call your airline and ask for their policy regarding this. There’s also websites offering only bookings at 15-16 USD. Google onward ticket.
