Hi, I‘m staying in Samut Prakan, arrived 1st of December with Hungarian passport and now would like to apply for a tourist visa to stay in Thailand another 45 days. Is that right that I have to apply at the Samut Prakan immigration office? ☺️ Thank you.

Sorry but you cannot apply for a Visa tourist visa inside Thailand.

As you arrived in December, I assume that you entered Thailand VISA EXEMPT with a 45 day stamp.

IF you have not already obtained an extension of stay, you can get a 30 day extension of stay at the Samut Prakan Thai immigration office for 1900 Thai baht.

However, I tought I might stay a total of 90 days, but it says admitted until 13 February (30 days extension) 🤔
