Hello I would like to ask if I can apply for a retirement visa while I am in Thailand before the 31st of July. I entered on a 60 day tourist visa. I am hear now on amnesty. I have a bank account with the required funds. So are immigration offices giving out the retirement visas before the 31st of July. Or do I have to leave then come back to apply?
Thanks ๐

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about applying for a retirement visa in Thailand while currently on amnesty after entering on a 60-day tourist visa. Comments suggest that applying for the retirement visa (90-day Non-O) is not possible from amnesty status, and the user may have missed the deadline to transition from the tourist visa due to timing.

You've done your dash. Left your run too late. Best bet wait to see what happens early-mid July

nope, no immigration office I know will let you apply for a 90 day Non-O visa based on being over 50 (retirement) from amnesty. You needed to do it before your 60 day tourist visa entry stamp ran out.
Check with your immigration office just to make sure
