TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the possibility of securing a new 60-day family visit extension on their NON-O multi visa while currently under amnesty. They had previously used a 60-day extension and received a 90-day medical stamp. Responses suggest that it's best to consult the local immigration office, noting that the family visit extension can typically be granted once per entry or visa. Another option could be a medical extension if applicable.

60 day visit family extensions are given either once per entry OR once per visa. (and either way your office does it you used yours because you haven't been outta the country since you got the last 60 day extension).
You're out nothing by trying, AND you're out nothing by asking your embassy if they issue a letter stating you can't travel after the 26th of Sept.
Good Luck with it.

Thanks for your quick reply thats what i thought but no harm asking. The medical was for taking care someone else who is no longer here. Ive been here 18 years and have 3 children 14, 8 and 4 im the sole guardian carer for them my wife is working. If the answer is no for the 60 day is there no other option ie letter from embassy ?.

The other options are:
a. To get a one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national. This will require the 400K THB seasoned in the bank for 2 months.
b. To get a one year extension of stay based on raising half Thai children (also requires the 400K THB).
The letter from the embassy may be a possibility, however that depends if your embassy will issue those letters or not. I believe the USA and UK embassy are NOT issuing those letters.

If you're still seeking medical treatment, another option is to continue on your extension of stay based on medical reasons. You get a 30 day extension on each application, and is also 1,900 THB - according to the flyer below

I think that's a question you should ask your local immigration office. I would assume no, since you already got that extension of stay.
I recommend going to your local immigration office on August 3 and applying for another 60 day extension of stay based on visiting Thai family. It will cost 1,900 THB and the worse they would say is "no". The extension of stay will be added to the amnesty.
