TLDR : Answer Summary
If a person's DTV application is rejected, they can still visit Thailand shortly afterward by utilizing the visa on arrival (VOA) option or the visa-free entry, depending on their nationality and eligibility.
sorry but you are WRONG. Passport holders from India can enter Thailand Visa Exempt Entry and get a 60 day stamp on arrival. Plus one 30 day extension of stay at Thai immigration office for 1900 Thai baht. This was announced July 15, 2024.
