Pick up at Airport was organised perfectly. We immediately drove to the PCR Test. Check in at Hotel Perfect. After 6,5 Hours we Received the negative result And could leave the room

picked up from the airport and taken straight to hospital for the pcr test .then onto the hotel and put in a room to wait for the result of the test,7 hours later and negative result and can now come and go as you please.staff were excellent could not do enough for us

Easy pick up at airport. Friendly staff. Beds comfortable (usually very firm). Meals on time. Easy PCR test. Easy checkout.

• Front desk service was excellent, they responded to all calls and requests quickly and politely

• The food was not good but I doubt any of these ASQ hotels is doing great food

Overall if you have to do ASQ this is a comfortable, reasonably priced option with good service and very nice staff

• Thanks for patience and care. I liked the attitude of the staff. My quarantine is comfortable. This hotel is better than the pictures on this site.

• Quarantine!!!!!! I'm vaccinated and completely healthy. I do not understand why I should have quarantine, although many people are not even vaccinated. I have four negative tests and am completely healthy. But, these are the rules of the country and this is their decision. Too bad we're losing 14 days in quarantine. But time passes quickly :))))

I really like staying in this place, my first impression was the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they are doing proper quarantine here, for both ours and their safety. The location is very quiet, there is little to no noise at all from the surroundings. The room is modern, there is a smart TV, fast wifi, water kettle, Hair Dryer, water heater, and they give you enough supplies for your whole quarantine, and you can always ask for more. They will even go to 7-11 for us, for only 10% charge, which is very very little. The food here is really good, we get a lot of choice from a big range of menu, i never got tired of eating it. It always comes with a box of fruit and a juice box, also extra condiments. Though for me it is a little costly, but i do believe it is totally worth it, we get what we paid for. I would recommend this place for anyone.

The room was very clean and the service is excellent, asq measures are respected. Wi-Fi is good, the food is average

• Excellent Service and things in your room. Love the double bathtub.

• Deliveries(Grab food, Lazada, etc...) are only from 8am-9pm.
• No microwave in room but you can ask them to microwave stuff for you.
• No balcony, but you should already know.

The 24/7 service is excellent. Double Bathtub with air bubble is amazing. Things included: 6 water bottles, lot of towels, decent food with 10 choices per meal(5 Thai, 4 American, 1 vegetarian), laundry detergent, dish detergent, drying rack, hair dryer, coffee, flip flop.

Things that can be improved: faster wifi(great for downloading/torrenting but not for web browsing), bathrobe, microwave, TV with non-Thai channels.

Very beautiful hotel, cozy, beautifully decorated. Had wonderful selection of meals and staff where pleasant and service was good!

Staying in an ASQ is not at all ideal when you think of traveling, however, the staff here has been more than accommodating and I am grateful.
