- Service is good. when i got a room in the first day and feel like not comfortable they change the new room for me in 2 days. and more bigger
- Toilet in the second room is good . has separated shower and a bath
- The second room is bigger and more comfortable
- The WiFi so terrible but they gave me a sim card to use internet .. So it's help

- toilet bad in the first room not comfortable and no bum gun . the shower combine in a bath. isn't nearly enough to properly clean
- the second room is bigger BUT THE WATER LEAKING FROM THE CEILING AND DROP ON MY HEAD FOR 2 DAYS
- No fresh air, had window but cant open
- Shower temp has no control, hot and cold alternating every few minutes
- Foods are cold and terrible. Less pay attention about my request and don't care what food am i allergy. This is bad.
- Room SMELL with CIGARETTE EVERYDAY .It"s came from the neighbor room
- WiFi so terrible
- the light is only downlight (yellow light ) I prefer fluorescent(White light) not good for my eyes to work with computer for long day and for 14 days
I know this is a bad situation about Covid 19 .But over price we paid it will deserved it back. I hope they will solve the problem and pay more attention about foods for customers

As I said food was cold and basic.if it had hot it would have been ok.the staff are very helpful and professional.they helped me with my food orders for food panda.they took it up to my room for me.would I stay there again yes 110% it's not there fult foods cold they did a great job.
