Scam – barely concealed thief.

During the month of March 2022, I had to go to Bangkok for a vacation, I chose Adelphi Suites Bangkok for my first 4 nights. Unfortunately my flight was cancelled. I immediately notified the hotel. They then took from my credit card all 4 nights 226 euros + imaginary additional costs (transfer from the airport, PCR test, …) for an amount of 118 euros. Communication with the hotel was broken – impossible to contact them for explanations! Scam – barely concealed thief.
