The service was really very efficient , very quick considering the bangkok traffic, i was settled into my hotel room very quickly

Nice quarantine hotel booking through AQ services. They provided lots of hotels with instant confirmation for me to apply the Thailand Pass. Highly recommend to their services.

• Called continuously to front desk and no one picks up. Very frustrating as i could not leave my room

Would not stay at this hotel again. Food was terrible and service aside from check in and check out was non existent

Poor food quality. Lunch, fried rice too bland. Dinner, Thai basil chicken too salty. Floor carpet need a thorough cleaning. Receptionists took too long to pick the phone.

Check-in was quick. On arrival asked about food and watch the check-in person order food. I waited 1 hour and then called and was told food will be another 40 mins. Waited another hour then rang again after trying for 20 mins until someone answered the phone in the front office. Food finally arrived and was very basic and stone-cold I had to ring and asked for it to be heated. For breakfast, I was told I could come down to eat and I was thinking I could select the food but it was just pre-packed and again very cold. Normal customers and those isolating use the same elevators.

The receptionist is very helpful. I lost my passport at the airport and the hotel help me find it. I am very glad for their service.

Everything was good. Test was fast airport pick up quick and easy. To my surprise, all goes very smoothly from the arrival till the hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with the transit from the airport to the hotel. My black Lenova laptop was instantaneously stolen without my knowledge. I had to inconvenient my cousin to take me to the Bangkok Police Station to file a report and had it translated. It had made my stay very stressful.

The staff at airport were courteous, professional and helpful. Pick up and shuttle to hospital for PCR then hotel was very smooth. Staff at hotel were good and clearance the next morning was quick.

Nice hotel, everything so prepared no need to wait. Result coming with in 5 hours. Transportation also good. They provide soft and hard copy of covid result

Overall good i rate good, rtpcr and travel from airport hotel room was very fast. Room was good. Silent room

• It's difficult to reach receptionist line both from external and internal calls.

The hotel management may consider to assign at least one person to standby with the phone line. I do understand that in night shift will have limit of staff but should not away from the line more than 15 minutes. Otherwise the hotel may consider to have telephone which show missed call room number in order to provide best service to the hotel guest. I had tried to call "o" or lobby for an hour to solved my problems on the arrival night and more than 15 minutes in the morning. Both checked-in and checked-out process were fast but maybe because I'm Thai so that I haven't got explanation on the government procedure.

• Efficient transfer from airport to testing site and to hotel checkin

• There was no hot water in the rooms during my stay

Sukhumvit is a good location for travellers. The airport transfer was good and the counter staff during checkin was efficient and helpful. The unfortunate part was the hot water system was not working hence caused some discomfort but otherwise this is a good hotel to stay a night in quarantine.

The people at the hotel were very nice, and I got my results in less than three hours! There was a problem with the hot water, so I couldn’t shower, which was the only inconvenience.
