The key question is probably 'when do you plan to come back'? Next week, you might have trouble, next year, you probably won't....

yes you do need, but tbh hardly anyone in BKK does it (for now)

I'm also a dual national and I asked my employer if this was possible (not on an O visa, therefore) and I was told 'cannot' in any circumstances - I would have to leave the country and begin a new application process in my other passport...

I think residence in Spain is only required for multi e try tourist visas in Madrid, no?

Reporting her is probably the worst course of action - "Don't shoot the messenger" isn't really a thing here...

Ah ok. I think you need it for extensions in CM (though i don't live there, so i'm sure someone else will correct me if I'm wrong). If you have no luck with Air BnBs then the trick is to stay in a hotel for a night before you go to immigration, and get them to show you the receipt. You don't need to show address registration for your whole stay, just for the most recent stay, before applying for an extension, if that makes sense (and AFAIK)

It depends where you are and what you're going to do next? To be honest, if you're just going to leave the country after no more than 60 days (i.e. not have any contact with immigration), you don't really need to do anything. Technically TM30 needs to be done, and technically the landlord needs to do it, but if it's not done and you leave the country there isn't going to be any repercussion....

Oh - i misread 'no entries before 2018'... Disregard my comment then. APols

Let me tell you that if you're in Vietnam prior to coming to Thailand, you will be flying here, unless you're a masochist. If you're only after a single entry TR though, the consulates in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh are easy to use with a 2 day processing time and requirements on the website
