Also we gave tons of paperwork - a stack maybe 3cm high of proof of knowing each other (pics, travel records etc) - seemed to help as all the ICE folks commented on it (and didnt want to read it all) but we never had any questions about if we knew each other. Best of luck.
I used Siam Legal for the K1 for my wife in 2011. I could have done all the paperwork myself but their help was invaluable in preparing her for the interview. She knew what to expect and they practiced with her a lot (i was not in Thailand at the time). It was well worth it for peace of mind going into the interview.
Ok Thanks. Could she come into Thailand on a dependent visa before turning 22 and then stay for a year or would the dependent visa expire as soon as she turns 23?
