Spring break in the US is during that time so that might also affect pricing.

We are also a family of 4 moving to BKK this summer. Homeschool and eating local as well. With rent and transportation we estimate about 3k us a month but we will essentially have twice that. I have an internship for my degree so I will have to commute daily. It really does depend on your family and if you have bills coming over with you. Medical is also something to consider.

I suggest having two copies of each application and having the child print their name on one and you sign the other. That way whoever is doing intake can decide which is more viable. Please update here to let others know which was accepted for future applicants. šŸ˜

It is 500k for the visa holder and that covers children and spouse. The children are just applying as dependents under the primary visa holder so they just need proof of relationship to the person with the DTV. The only additional money is the separate application fees per applicant. At least this is how it works for us coming from the US

The remote work one says you need to verify you have a remote job with proof of income and information on the company. The spouse wonā€™t be working though since heā€™s homeschooling the kids while I finish school.

I was just curious because it said ā€œremote workā€ but he wonā€™t actually be working. Heā€™ll be homeschooling the kids while I finish my schooling. If itā€™s just based on income then I think weā€™ll be fine. Thank you šŸ˜Š

we have a very sizable nest egg we prepared in case we needed it and it would more than cover the 500k baht. I was more wondering about the proof of income requirement. Do they accept the military retirement pay stubs?
