If you have a degree, you can also get a Non-imm B visa and teach English. It is the easiest visa to get and the least amount of hassle to maintain. All you have to do is regularly lodge a 90-day report, which takes me 20 minutes, and renew the work permit and visa once a year. It is also enjoyable work and a good way to fit into Thailand and its culture.

It usually takes 3 or 4 weeks to get approval before you can apply for the visa
