 because I had to keep going for different stuff because the landlady asked me not to show the lease due to her saying the form needed she had sent them I even had a copy of it but was rejected

i did this about 2 weeks ago i had to have copies of the lease and landladys id card along with copies of my passport took me 2 days

Personally I would lease rather than buy but if I was buy I give 45% and 6 %. To Thai with a six a non voting share holder
