As for this place, tell them you're doing to report them at the immigration, every homeowner REQUIRED to register their foreign guests, even if for one night, they have a website to do it online, takes 10 minutes!! They either lazy or don't pay taxes or both.

Book another place and make sure they register you right away upon the check in, right in front of you, you can't rely on Thai people's promises lol
