retirement.. He meets all the requirements.. 800k etc.. Just need to know if he can enter on visa exempt and make it happen same as 60 day tourist visa.

I don't think he needs a letter.. Just put down the address..

I flew from UK and put my condo address and didn't have to prove I own it or anything

Plus my gf flew from Philippines and she put same address it was accepted for COE no problem

I waited 12 days for approval... Called and emailed every day.. It seems some embassies hold them until last days before approval..

1. If you overstay by 1 day they don't usually bother to fine you, but it's noted in your passport.. But as long as you don't make it a regular thing its not important

Yes you can change it at this stage... I did same no problem..
