You should always have two things for stuff like this. 1. Open a Skype account if you don’t already have one. 2. Write down the toll free phone numbers for your bank accounts and what ever else might concern you. I now have three of my CC’s one ATM that I must call to make things happen, or not happen in the case of an actual fraud claim.

I don’t understand. If “someone” is worried, why not just get new notes at a bank before coming?

If you plan to return on the same airline, you could buy a round trip ticket with a return before the 60 day visa would end. Then once here, change the return date to meet your situation. All airlines will have a fee to change the start date, but any good airline will not charge to change the return date. Check with the airline, but even if they do have a fee, it’s usually something like $50.

Yes, this it the correct answer, so basically it is up to your plans. Simple math = if you only plan to leave/return one time vs. several trips. Myself, I have always gotten the multi-entry stamp at immigration.

Your probably right. Every bank, every branch seem to have their own set of rules. FYI, it was the Siam Paragon branch.

Four years ago I got a new passport.

Bangkok Bank couldn’t even update that info to my account. Their only solution was to close my account and open a new one.

Way back when, I extended my tourist visa in Bangkok. Just showing them my hotel keycard was good enough.

Totally depends on the immigration office you’re using. In Korat, I had them my passport and one minute later I am leaving.

Lot of these girls are stuck in a situation. “Pimp isn’t the word they use but that is what they are to the girls. I have personally seen husbands and boyfriends be very active pimps. You can still find the occasion fathers right there watching his personal investment bring home the bacon!

Not just a strong second, but I’ve seen “bar opening possibilities” popping up quite often now.

Opening any bar goes by the same three year rule that restaurants have - first year loose lots of money, second year loose money, third year loose/make no money. If your not bankrupt for the forth year = you’ve got a business.

It’s simple math and that’s how it works everywhere.
