Just never use Regency, very expensive, thet make out that they will help you when u need with no tassels, total bullsh%$ lie, during critical care they will call, send emails demanding info which is sometime impossible to provide, then deny any coverage, if I went by their recommendations, I would probably be dead right now... avoid them

everything they said about coverage and tha5 they take Alvarez if everything was bs, hospital evem told me when I said who I had policy with them that it will be difficult.. went one week at one hospital and never got a positive answer on converge so went to a government hospital for another week and was completely denied.. said everything was pre existing, which wasn't true at all....

I had to have an emergency surgery, they said it wasn't necessary, if I took their advise I would be dead

This who vejthani hospital said were the best in thailand, whatever you don't use Regency...

Don't on your life use Regency, horrible company and will ruin your life... unfortunately even the hospitals I have been dealing with all said they are horrible...
