• The hotel chauffeur came to pick me up quickly from airport to hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. PCR Test result was fastly in 10 hrs.😊

• No staff helping about luggages,maybe coz of covid 19 crisis, only security guard who was helpful

Everything was fine but the toilet got too old, should prepare tea and coffee in the room, 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

• No safe in room - but available free at reception so fine.
• Location is not in prominent to other tourist places but minutes away by cab/tutu/bus.

We looked at lots of the ASQ hotels, this is the best located and all in all it was a good stay. Not too many down sides really!

• Old bathrooms with many destroyd things. Low shower power.
• We got a lot of food at breakfast in the room and it is very thoughtful. But we would rather like to choose from some list and just take what we want to eat. A lot of breakfast was threw away and that is bad.
• It is also to mush use of plastic material in serving the meals.

None personal service, just base normal welcome. Bad understanging english. Nothing special, no standing out

We ended up having to cancel the booking, due to health reasons. It's taking ages to get refunded the payment.

Room really clean !! Apreciate this when you have to pass covid test ! No noise from outside, really calm ..... Staff is very nice They give only room in old building !!! Shame when you see beautiful building next to the swimming pool and room in the Promod photos is New or we get old room: clean but no décor, old bathroom ...

I stayed in Trang Hotel for the Test and go scheme for one night and had a really good experience with the hotel and everything around it, like the Transport from the Airport and the swab test in my room. Everything was really good organized and executed.
