• Greta value for money, staff were so lovely and accommodating. I stayed for an hour extra after I was supposed to check out and they didn’t say anything. Air con was good. Pcr test wasn’t too bad either. I heard horror stories

• Internet cut out after a certain amount of time I had to keep reconnecting

I was so worried about this whole process but everything was well organised and it was very good value for money. I had a lot of water given to me. You could order room service at a good price.

Enjoyed my stay, staff made the quarantine and test process very easy. Room was fantastic, enjoyed the jacuzzi bath, great food also.

The room and service are worth you spend for 3800 baht but you got the big room with bathtub and have balcony, hot plate and microwave

Despite extensive communication throughout the booking process, the hotel refused to give me the room I had booked. I emailed them several times before to ensure that I would only stay in the room type that was booked. Upon arrival, they misled me at check-in, and then when I arrived in the wrong room, they said my room type was full, despite being shown as available on all the booking sites. I went to extraordinary measures to make sure this exact situation would not happen, so this was either pure spite or utter stupidity. They had absolutely no concern for my medical needs or health and safety, and management did nothing to rectify the situation. Really not a way to treat your customers.

I admire the Thai people for their ability to cope with this difficult situation so efficiently. Would come again.

2weeks before, we decided to come to Thailand.

1. Applied for a visa (approved within 6hours)
2. Booked a flight and Health Insurance (Hanse Merkur-320Dollar,2people,1year)
3. Choose Royal Suites Bangkok for Test and Go Day 1 and 5 (really helpful staff, even with mistakes, I did) paid 11'500 Bath for 2 people, day 1+5- got an upgrade in one bedroom suite
4. Applied for Thai pass (approved under 3 hours)
5. Did the Flight, coming from Zürich, change in Singapore Arrived at 8.30am, quick Thai pass Control, quicker immigration and Transport to Hotel. In Hotel PCR Test and Check in (during the checkin, they told us, to refund day5 as it is no longer needed) 2hours after landing, we were in our room with everything done. Got delicious food. Was very good for the price, hope I never have to do the 2 days of quarantining for test and go, but if I did I would use the Royal Suite hotel again.

Ich kann dieses Hotel auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Bangkok empfehlen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage können alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreicht wwerden.

It's such a nice hotel. I quarantined for one night, but the room condition is better than I thought and it is well managed. The staff are kind and have a great meal. The disadvantage is that it is less accessible because it is located in a remote place, and the exterior is old. But the inside is so good and the attitude of the employees is lovely.

To be honest, I planned to book this hotel for PCR test only and leave because it's cheapest on AQ website. When I arrived at the hotel, staffs were so friendly and welcoming. I got the welcome drink with a snack. I booked Deluxe Room with Royal Suite Hotel, I found that my room was smelly like urine. I told the receptionist and she upgraded to One Bed Room Suite for me for free. The room was so big like a condominium. There was a tub and balsony. Foods were delicious! I stayed here over night. If you are looking for some hotel for Test and Go package, I highly recommed this place. It's extremely value!

Looks like they forgot my arrival which is a good thing because thanks to that, I got private limousine. At first I paid for Deluxe room but they were kind enough to upgrade me to One Bedroom Suite. Pretty good value for money.

The room is spacious and has big refrigerator, also has a induction cooker but there is no pan available.

First time for me to stay at Royal Suite Hotel Bangkok. Easy to reach from airport, but not too far from main area of Bangkok downtown. Reception staff was pretty gentle and professional. Their system for PCR testing is very fast, and stress free. I had my first PCR at 4.30pm, and got the result at 3am the morning later. Second PCR (day 5) I did at 1.30pm, and got result at 7pm same day. The room was really big! It is really 45m2, with kitchen, microwave oven, big refrigerator, nice sofa and large LED TV. My room had a balcony ! with good view of BKK downtown high rise building.
Wifi works pretty well.

Food was not bad ! They have a caffè restaurant just beside the lobby, called FUZIO with western food, and Thai food. Quality not bad!
Overall a good experience at Royal Suite Hotel Bangkok.

Hi, there. Me and my husband came from Australia. When we saw the hotel outside it looks very sad but inside it wasn’t bad at all. We got upgrade from Deluxe to One bedroom. The room on the first night was huge but fifth night was smaller which is fine. The food was good portion for me and taste was ok. The staff there was very friendly, kind and calmness. The result came fast but need to call them, I called them around 8am.

In general i am quite ok to be in quarantine in this hotel. The food taste is average but the service is good

I am happy I spent my quarantine here, although it was one week, it felt like a little holiday. Hotel and personnel were really good! all in all a positive quarantine!

• I requested a booking and they responded after 2 days. I then submitted all documents and payment.
• After 5 days with several phone calls and emails, I still haven't got the confirmation letter for Thailand Pass process.
• This is unacceptable.

Avoid this hotel unless you have plenty of time to wait for everything. The reason they cannot send me the confirmation letter is because the person in charge is not working during weekend.
