Planning on getting a Single Entry tourist visa in Ho Chi Minh, but looking at their website they now require, proof of stay at a hotel and bank statements, in addition to the 20k and outbound travel. Is this a new thing? In the past in Vientiane I didn't have to give them any bank statements or hotel bookings. Have things changed? Is it easier to get a SETV in Laos?
