Hello All,

My fiance and I are are planning to get married in Chiang Mai very soon.

How does an individual apply for a spouse visa if they are married to someone with a non-immigrant B visa?

Ex. Both are US citizens, wife will apply for the non-immigrant B visa (English teacher) what documents does the husband need to apply for the spouse visa?

Both currently have education visas and intend to make the switch in November when current extension of stay expires.
