PluspuntenMinpunten- Bathroom was filthy and moldy
- Food was very poor and limited
- Old Food was left in hot hallways all day
- TV didn't work and was falling off the wall
- Swimming pool was closed and empty of water
- Guest lift was dangerous
Shocking stay, facilities and service.
The only reason we didn't cancel was because we paid in full and no refund would be given and we were on a strict budget.
We had to use another hotel and pay for use of their facilties and food which cost us a lot of money and effort.
Complained many times and no response from emails and contact to the Director of Sales.
Facilities were not as stated or promised and this was definitely not a 4 star hotel and not worth the money.
Really saddened and disappointed with our stay and lack of response from our emails and documented pictures.

Pluspunten- Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, good buffet breakfast, very nice view, quiet rooms, good vlocation for BTS, Terminal 21and Emporium shopping malls
Minpunten- Internet nearly impossible to use, swimmingpool under construction
Airport pickup worked well, first PCR Test on the way to the Hotel (Result within 8 hours), second PCR Test in the HOTEL (very nice). 2 meals in the quarantene in the room, next day free to roam (and free to go to the nice buffet breakfast). Beautiful view of Bangkok from the room!!!! Thank you again for the nice stay

This’s a service apartment in downtown but quite area. Close to shopping center. 3 meal service in the room. Food is very good. Strong recommend.

Pick up from the airport was good, nice car and quick test done. Rooms need improvement, aircon was noisy
