The Elegant Bangkok - Hotel

Collection from the airport took rather longer than I would have liked. Comfortable hotel, ample supply of all sorts of great food. PCR testing was fairly efficient & fast, but Thai Covid quarantine regulations were changing rapidly at the time. At least one local taxi driver didn't know where the hotel was.

It was very nice experience, the staff was very gentle, the room super cleaned and the location was perfect!

I chose the hotel as part of Test&Go. That all worked out well and for the one day it was perfectly fine. But I might not spend a week of vacation there.

Very helpfull service in reception, clean room, good WiFi, pdrfect transfer and perfect orginisation.

Thanks to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable. For the quarantine purpose of 10 days, this was a marvelous retreat for me. I'll definitely come back!

• The room smelt like cigarette smoke

While the room was very clean there was a cigarette smell. The staff moved me to another room in the other building but it smelt a bit too. I asked if there was Diet Coke and a kind staff member literally went to 7/11 to get me some. Wouldn’t even take a tip! Best service I’ve ever had!! Room is very spacious and new. Unfortunately they had a communal dining room even though we were in quarantine which was weird since apparently the pool and gym were closed due to quarantine. You can go down at any time and get a coffee. Apparently they were just following rules. Food was typical Thai luke warm. Plenty of it but not much variety. Didn’t even bother looking at the breakfast.
Next time I’d pay more and go 5 star with a reputable hotel rather than pick one conveniently near the airport.

• Change of hotel (The Elegant instead of the Enrich) w/o warning or inf (would not matter to most, but we had arranged delivery of a car to the other hotel, and plotted in a route around and out of the city from the other hotel on our GPS),
• Reception forgot to give us our 5th day test (we asked for it the first day, but could not get it until check out, where we also forgot about it),
• Received the full refund for the 5th day 5 weeks after we asked for it.

Will recommend this hotel (The Elegant Airport Hotel) for ASQ-days, but not as a regular hotel as there is more than 20 minutes walk to any restaurant/shop. The Enrich Hotel would be great for shopping restaurants and street food.

Quick efficient pcr test, staff very helpful and friendly, good transfer from and to airport. Lovely hotel.

• The room and the accommodation was superb. The staffs were friendly. They let us eat first before we check in. Also, the RT PCR testing only took a few minutes. Lastly, the food was delicious. Will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and we will definitely be back there.

• No guest kits inside the room. Guest will have to go down and ask for it personally.

I will give a 4.9 rating to Elegant Bangkok. Overall, our stay was nice but it would be a lot nicer if they put soap and guest kits inside the bathroom already so guests would not waste time going down and asking for some.

I booked this hotel when I was broke and hurry / only one thing I do like is the room I stayed has a nice view as morning birds always come and sing for me

So disgusting!! We came back from oversea and stay 1 night at the hotel (quarantine for PCR test) as required by the government. And before we leave, the hotel gave us 2 ATK kits to test by ourselves after 5 days… and on the 5th day, we were shocked because when we open one of the boxes, it was a used ATK !!!

The test result come inside the time. Busshuttle from airport are fast. No waiting time. ...........

Excellent service, nice friendly and helpful staff. Great room and clean. Although I stayed at a no-smoking room but the smoke smell was so still extremely strong and this should be improved.

• Very nice hotel, I was not in the Elegant, but taken to a sister hotel I guess which was called Divalux.

• Great location for getting back to the airport, only about 15 mins away.

In general was very pleased with the entire experiance, pity I had to wait so long to get picked up. If necessary I would book again with the hotel.

It was so comfortable that I couldn't think of it as a quarantine period. I have to ask you to clean the room about 10 times before you come.

But the staff are friendly and fun. You can also get a massage during the quarantine period!

I'm glad I chose the hotel here. I want to make a reservation again.

• Its in highway so no public transport at all..bound to take taxi which makes this asq expensive indirectly

Pick up was on time..check in was smooth..then rtpcr result came after 10 hours..food is buffet type with mostly thai main course. Worst part was location of hotel coz there is no kind of public transport around. Overall was a good experience for 1 day..
