• good big room with opening balcony

• food a little bit the same, we wanted it to be more variable

we stayed in Luxor for 7 day, 2 grown-ups and 3 year old girl, we enjoyed our stay in Luxor, everything was ok

• Well organized, good size rooms and food was good
• Staff very good assist whenever asked even organized a taxi for me when my prebooked one decided he did not want to do the trip

Is funny how ppl are played so easy when told this was bad but now w.h.o got caught red handed in a lie

It proved to be a comfortable stay, for the 10 days quarantine. Relaxed and kind attitude of staff is recommendable. Would stay there again, if necessary!

This is a great and comfortable hotel for mandatory quarantine hotel stays. Best part is the staff which is helpful and friendly. Book without hesitation, however the food could be better. But this is expected since the food in Thailand is one thing I don't like about the country.

Effortless experience, this is the second time I have used Luxor for test&go. Would continue to use, no problems at all, booking right through to check out all perfectly good and quick response.

Test result came very quickly, good hotel. Very close to Don Mueang Airport. Transfer picked up from the airport on time. Good service!

From booking to checking out, the whole process was easy and well organised. Line app is a plus for asking questions. The room was a little dated, but Test and go it was not a consideration. A/C worked. Good shower. Comfy bed. Food was fine, polite tap on the door and all neatly wrapped up.

This is a third rate Hotel. For the price, not worth it. My advice is to fine another Hotel. Food was awful, room was small. The room was in need of a major renovation.

I was extremely impressed and surprised by the level of service and efficiency of the hotel. They responded immediately to all messages and requests. Th room was comfortable and clean and the food was good.

You really couldn't wish for anything more at this price point. A++ for the hotel.

We booked test and go package for 2 persons with Luxor hotel. We had a wonderful experience on both days. All meals were provided exactly what we selected while booking and the portion size of meal was also large. Room was very spacious and had all the amenities needed. We requested couple of things from the reception and they gave us without any problem. Staff is extremely helpful. They even arranged our covid test on urgent so we can get our report at the earliest. One of the best hotels we have stayed so far.

Any worries that I might miss the 6 pm test slot were allayed by being met by testing staff who then delivered the result by 10 pm the same day. Just the kind of efficiency a traveller is looking for. Very helpful staff.

Perhaps because of the spaciousness of the room, there was little sense of isolation, and I was able to spend a comfortable stay. The staff was relatively flexible and accommodating, which I appreciated.

It was good experience. Friendly stuff, transfer from airport. Arrives 4pm and next morning around 9am I got negative Pcr result. Also food in hotel very tasty and do much :)

Chose this hotel because Nonthaburi location was very convenient for where I wanted to be. The hotel has been adapted well for Test and go. Simple, no frills, but excellent value for money. Anybody not satisfied with the service here needs to rethink their priorities. A good experience.
