Wifi is terrible, it took me almost an hour to connect to Wifi due to pretty weak signal. Food is pretty average, order in if you can. I arrived at midnight and they didn’t serve anything until morning, PCR test also happened in the morning.

Without a doubt, in 12 years of coming to Thailand, this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, I spite of being 3 times more expensive. We needed somewhere for a 7-day ASQ package on the east side of BKK as we would be heading onto Chachoengsao after quarantine - this meant we only had a choice of 2 places - Both looked fairly similar, so we picked the one which advertised a balcony so we could get some sun and fresh air. Turns out the 'balcony' is only 18" wide and faces northeast, so not a lot of sunning to be had. It didn't start well as we'd asked for a double but were given a twin, and had to drag the beds together - not ideal as one was 3" higher than the other. Although our room looked similar to the ones on the website, the pictures must've been taken about a decade ago, and it hadn't aged well. The original floor had been badly covered with some sticky vinyl, which was all bubbled up and uneven. There was even a hole in it which had been patched over with some bright blue tape, and there were actually nails sticking up through the floor by the balcony door which stuck into your feet if you weren't careful where you stood. The shelves were hanging off the wall, and we were always worried they would fall off when we walked past - just like the shower knob did, which appeared to have been broken and stuck back on with chewing gum. Shower tiles were covered in mould, but even that wasn't as disgusting as the fungal cultures growing in the ice tray in the freezer! The single redeeming feature would have been the food as there is obviously a decent chef somewhere in the building..... unfortunately, they leave the food to stand so long before bringing it up that it's stone cold and spoilt by the time it reaches the room - just more of the 'couldn't care less' attitude we got from the place. The whole feel was that they'd got your money as you didn't have a lot of choice where you stayed - and they didn't care less about the quality of your stay. Whenever you spoke to them by phone, they were really condescending, and just acted like they thought you were stupid - luckily my wife speaks Thai, and they took a better attitude with her. Final straw was that, although we tested negative on our 7th day there, and so should have been able to leave on the 8th (as per the regulations) they made us stay an extra day because, apparently, they didn't count the first day we were here! Just a further scam to make more money. Basically, once you've arrived, they know you're pretty much just a prisoner, and that's just how they make you feel - you're the cash-cow with no rights, and they're certainly not going to put themselves out to provide any real standard of service. Don't believe the reviews which mention Internet TV with mirror link either - maybe someone was lucky, but our TV was pretty old and basic. I know Thai hotels often don't compare to western standards, but we've stayed in enough places in Thailand over the last 12 years to know that this place really is a hole by any standard!

Wont recommend to other who are looking for the hotel during your quarantine. Room got smoke smell and the slipper also got smelly.

  • 1. Nothing in the fridge. No peanuts, or Coca Cola. Beer, fair enough, but there should be things in fridge. Maybe a COVID thing.
  • 2. The room had seen better days, the carpet had a tear, repaired with gaffer tape.
  • 3. TV had only Thai channels as far as I could find

The Chor Cher was OK, it did the job. I paid something like 4,100 baht for it, but I gather that includes the PCR test, which is currently about 3000 baht in Thailand. It was OK, it got me over my first hurdle of getting in to Thailand. I also question whether I should have to pay to get back to Bangkok Airport. Typically a hotel in an inconvenient location provides free transfers.

This Hotel is good for coming again. Not too far from the Airport (BKK) and also in a quiet area. Food a little bit less.

Excellent service, have no complaints at all. The staff went to 7/11 and shop for us, the Covid test went quick an the result comes early then we expected. The food was ok, could be warmer.

Overall a satisfying experience no issues, hotel was clean and room was comfortable. Staff were helpful and professional. The PCR Test was also done well with a 12 hour turnaround for the results.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff were pleasant, food was good. Sometimes during the correspondence there were a bit of confusion with emailing the Chor Cher group as 2 email addresses.

The main issue was the very long wait to get put onto the bus to the hotel. I was also under the impression I'd be the only passenger in the vehicle, ended up sharing it with four other people. The hotel was ok, the food I was given wasn't great.

This house is very good 👍 for asq the location is between Suvarnabhumi and Pattaya. Bang Bo is the name of the small city.

  • Negative: Almost everything else!!! The hotel claims to be a luxury (green) hotel which just opened in 2013. My room was totally worn out.
  • Holes in the floor (carpet and simply put linoleum over it), wifi super weak, mold in the bathroom, poop in the toilet, not clean, dust everywhere, found dead flies, "balcony" 30 cm step out full of bird poop, chipping off paint on the ceiling, cupboards are very old and have scratches everywhere. Balcony lock doesn't work. No night table lamp.
  • Noisy: I could hear the TV in my neighbor's room and also when he was talking on the phone. Furthermore, you always hear the "Ding Dong" from the elevator in the hallway.
  • I expect cleanliness from every hotel. It has nothing to do with the price.

The hotel urgently needs a general overhaul / renovation and better cleaning staff! Not reasonable for 118 US $ per night. I was only in quarantine there for 1 night, but would still advise anyone to not book this hotel.
